Preparation
400 g of flour mix, 300-350 ml of warm water, 8 g of yeast (look in the package)
- Pour the content of the package and dry yeast into the bowl, while mixing, pour approximately 300–350 ml of warm water, and mix well until a solid mass.
- Leave the dough to rest in a warm place for 15–25 minutes.
- Use wet spoon to scoop the dough. Cook in oil-heated frying-pan until lightly browned.
- Serve with sour cream, jam or favourite sauce.
