Flour mix for yeast-raised pancakes

Product description

Preparation

400 g of flour mix, 300-350 ml of warm  water, 8 g of yeast (look in the package)

  1. Pour the content of the package and dry yeast into the bowl, while mixing, pour approximately 300–350 ml of warm water, and mix well until a solid mass.
  2. Leave the dough to rest in a warm place for 15–25 minutes.
  3. Use wet spoon to scoop the dough. Cook in oil-heated frying-pan until lightly browned.
  4. Serve with sour cream, jam or favourite sauce.
