Preparation
300 g flour mix + 300 milk + 20 g oil or butter
- Pour the content of the package (300 g of the mixture) into a bowl, and while stirring add 300 ml of milk and 20 g (or 2 tablespoons) of oil or melted butter.
- Mix thoroughly until homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Make your pan medium hot. Apply a thin coat of grease on the pan. Be careful using greases in order the pancakes to be evenly fried on both sides.
- Leave a bigger space between the pancakes when pour the pancake batter to in order to toss them easier.
- Toss the pancakes when the small bubbles appear on the top side of your pancakes while the underside becomes brown. Only use the thin spatula to toss the pancakes.
- Bake until both sides turn the same color.
