Flour Mix for Chocolate Cake and Cupcakes is an easy to prepare, delicious chocolate treat. Being made from premium quality wheat flour and real chocolate drops, the flour mix guarantees an exquisite taste for your home-made chocolate cake or cupcakes.
Preparation
400 g flour mix + 210 ml of water + 100 ml of cooking oil
A CAKE
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl; add 210 ml water and 100 ml cooking oil. Stir to a smooth mass.
Pour the mass into a greased or laid out with baking paper, rectangular baking tin (17×8.5×7.5 cm).
Bake in a preheated oven at 190° C, for 55-60 min.
You can check if the cake is done by sticking in a wooden pin (if it comes out dry – the pastry is done). Keep the cake in the form until they cool.
12 CUPCAKES
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl; add 210 ml water and 100 ml cooking oil. Stir to a smooth mass.
Prepare a cupcake form with 12 baking paper cupcake forms. Fill 2/3 of every paper cupcake form with dough.
Bake in an oven at 190° C for 20 min., with the form placed on a grid, in the middle level of the oven.
You can check if cupcakes are done by sticking in a wooden pin (if it comes out dry – the pastry is done). Keep the cupcakes in the form until they cool.
