Cooking instructions
Cake: package (1), 200 ml of cold water, 50 ml of oil/melted butter
Coconut glaze: package (2), 25 ml of cold water, 50 g melted butter
- Pour the contents of the cake mix (1) into a bowl and add 200 ml of cold water and 50 ml of oil (or melted butter), stirring constantly. Mix everything until a smooth mass.
- Pour the prepared mass into a greased or lined with baking paper baking tin (Ø 20–24 cm).
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 ˚C for about 25 minutes.
- Mix the contents of the coconut glaze mix (2) with 25 ml of cold water and 50 g of melted butter. Spread the mass evenly on the surface of the hot cake removed from the oven.
- Continue to bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200–210 ˚C for about 10 minutes until bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the cake.
PS: we recommend cutting the cooled cake using a sharp knife.
