Flour Mix for Crepes

Product description

Preparation

400 g of flour mix + 800 ml of water

  1. Pour the content of the package into the bowl. While mixing, add approximately 800 ml of cold water and mix well until a solid mass.
  2. Cook on a heated greased frying-pan until lightly browned.
  3. Serve with your favorite meat, mushroom, cheese, or other filling and sauce of your choice.


Recipes

Poultry stuffing

Mince cooked or roasted poultry or chop it up in small cubes, add seasoning, fried chopped onion and carrot. If stuffing is too dry, pour in some broth.

Mushroom stuffing

Fry chopped onion, add chopped mushrooms and a pinch of salt, dill, and pepper. Fry until no fluid is left.

Vegetable stuffing

Fry chopped onion and carrot, add chopped cabbage, stew the vegetables, cool them down, mix with grated cheese, and season according to your taste.
