Preparation
400 g of flour mix + 400 ml of water + 130 g of butter/margarine/vegetable oil
- Pour the content of the package into the bowl.
- While mixing, pour 400 ml of cold water, 130 g of dissolved butter, margarine, or oil, and mix well until a solid mass.
- Cook in a medium-heated greased heart-shaped waffle form until lightly browned.
- Serve with sour cream, jam, ice-cream, whipped cream or favorite sauce.
Cooking Tips
While preparing dough, add only 300-350 ml of water and you will be able to bake Belgian Waffles.
