Preparation
400 g of flour mix, 400 ml of cold water
- Pour content of the package into a bowl, add 400–450 ml of cold water and mix well until a solid mass.
- Leave the batter for 10–15 min.
- Cook in oil-heated frying pan until lightly browned.
- Serve with sour cream, jam, ice-cream, whipped cream or any other favourite sauce.
