Preparation
For 3 pads:
400 g of flour mix + 240 ml of water + 5 tbsp. of oil
- Pour the content of the package into a bowl, while stirring add 240 ml of room temperature water and 5 spoons of oil.
- Knead until the dough no longer sticks to hands, make a ball and leave to rest.
- Let it rise for approximately 1-1.5 hour in a warm place (cover in order to prevent surface to dry). The dough should double in its mass.
- Sprinkle some flour over a board, divide the dough into parts and form round cakes or rectangular sheets of the size you want, place the dough in a baking tin and bend the sides. Apply oil and tomato paste on the crust’s surface, put pizza toppings.
