Preparation
4oo g of mix + 500 ml of water or 400 g of mix + 4-5 peeled potatoes
- Pour 500 ml of water into the bowl, while stirring, pour the content of the package and knead thoroughly. Or grate 4–5 fresh potatoes, pour the dough into the grated potatoes. This will enrich the dish with better taste and smell.
- Leave the dough to mature for 2-3 minutes.
- Take lumps of the dough, flatten them between your palms, place the filling, fold the edges and roll each dumpling shaping it as a Zeppelin airship.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes in salted water.
- Serve with your favourite sauce.
For meat filling mince the meat, add chopped onions slightly fried in butter, some pepper and salt, add a few drops of water and mix.
