NEW OAT PRODUCT. Steel-cut oats are made by dividing each oat groat into three pieces.
STEEL–CUT TEXTURE. Cooked steel-cut oats have a pleasantly nutty and creamy texture.
Bring 400 ml of milk or water to the boil. Add 100 g of steel-cut oats. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring regularly. Leave to swell for 5 minutes.
